    Wanderson,

Hello! I am sorry I no longer use the 1440. With that said, you would take the MIDI out from the Beatbuddy breakout cable and connect it to MIDI connector on the 1440. Make sure the Ext Clk button is “on” on the 1440. Make sure the external clock mode is either XT4B (external clock and 4 beats per measure) or XT3B (external clock and 3 beats per measure depending on your song (see page 10 of the manual if this is not clear) on the 1440. AT this point make sure the Beatbuddy is configured to output MIDI clock and start and stop messages. These options are located under the MIDI settings on the Beatbuddy. This is off the top of my head….best of luck.

I replaced my MIDI cable and I have not had the issue since. Thank you!

Yes, I can try to get video. It is very intermittent…I can try a different MIDI cable as well to see if that causes the problem to disappear.

    Thanks,
    Rick

    Hello, thanks for the response.

Yes, V0.57 at looper boot up.

The BPM on the Beat Buddy was 98 BPM, this is a 4/4 time signature song.
As an aside, I do have some songs with odd values 87 BPM etc….not sure that matters.

It has happened in other songs although I don’t recall which ones so I cannot give you all the tempo instances. I will be mindful going forward.

I am running with the external clock set to XT4B for the looper for my 4/4 time signature songs.

    Thanks,
    Rick
