    You will get slightly closer with the current standard NYC muff than a LBM IMO. But, what you need to know about J’s sound is that its not just a Muff, its a 100Watt overdriven marshall (tube distortion) AND a muff that is his trademark sound.

    I might be asking in the wrong forum, but since I’ve seen a lot of it mentioned I’ll ask: What’s the effects loop for? Does it differ from the one on my Bass amp?
    I looked for answers on the net before posting but nothing relevant came up =S
