    I’ve had this boot issue on my C9 using the supplied Ehx psu. I’ve found by switching the bypass switch inside the unit, it now powers up fine even on a 3rd party psu
    I can live with that, The boot problem was irritating and I found it unacceptable to keep replugging in the unit. Hope this helps someone.
