What tap tempo switch for Canyon pedal?

There are lots of generic tap tempo switches available, but I am surprised that EH doesn’t make one. It will be a mono cable with a momentary switch. I like the Saturnworks utility switches and boxes. They look good. They’re made well, and they’re very reasonably priced. You can get them on Ebay, Reverb, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I’m leaning toward the MXR myself due to size restrictions. It has to fit under the Canyon and next to the Neo Clone.

I’m not that coordinated! I was activating tap tempo on the Canyon by accident every time I would engage the effect, so I disabled the internal switch.

I see! Any mini momentary mono switch will work

Just installed the MXR Tap with an EBS flat patch cable. Works great with the Tap out of the box, no internal switching necessary.

Does the Super Pulsar and Grand Canyon both use the same protocol for external tap tempo. Is it NO or NC? I want to get a multi outputting tap tempo switch and have it controlling both.

Does the Super Pulsar and Grand Canyon use the same tap protocol? If so is it normally open or normally closed? I’ve seen a jack on the Super Pulsar for an external tap but I only see a foot switch jack on the Grand Canyon. I did read however in this thread that you can use an external foot switch on the GC, does it go in the Foot Switch port?

Essentially I would like to have one tap tempo external foot switch with multiple outs controlling those two guys’ tempos simultaneously.

Also do you guys make skins for the Grand Canyon? It sticks out like a sore thumb on my pedalboard. I’m afraid people will start thinking I’m in a Christian Rock Band.
