First of all, hello to everyone on the forum.

Unfortunately, I am having unexpected problem with the EHX Super Switcher which I recently purchased but I am having some trouble making it work.

1. The Value push button doesn’t seem to be working at all. I followed all the steps from the manual but it doesn’t show any sign of life. Though, the rotary knob function seems to be working fine.

2. I stored preset on my GFI SPecular Tempus via the PC button, but now whenever I try to store a different preset on another switcher channel, it keeps recalling the GFI preset that I stored first. Only solution that came to my mind would be sending CC message to change the patch, which almost beats the purpose of having midi capable switcher.

I tried restoring factory settings but both of the problems are still present. I might be missing something so any kind of help would be appreciated.
