As mentioned elsewhere, I LOVED the fidelity of the (now sadly discontinued) 2880.
I had a problem with the “hard” footswitches and the slight lag that caused me, and generally, the 2880’s functionality was surplus to my requirements (though I miss it like mad sometimes).
If EHX are going to bring out any more loopers, here’s the one I’d like to see:

24 bit sampling
soft touch switches
one for record/play
one for stop/undo
an effects loop to treat the loop would be a nice bonus

maybe a deluxe version could feature a USB out and a BPM indicator?
