Hi All, I was wondering if anyone else is having these issues with their Pitchfork+. (I purchased mine Nov 2022)

On startup it is supposed to be in the same state as when it was when it was turned off – this is not the case. I always leave it on preset 14 but often when I turn it on it has moved to preset 1 or another preset that I had been using recently.

The preset spontaneously changes. I have started it up and it is on preset 14 but as I watch it changes to LIVE and then to preset 1. This doesn’t just happen on startup but I have seen it happen during a practice session.

The preset light will often start flashing by itself when I have not touched any controls. To fix this I have to change to a different preset then change it back.

So far this hasn’t happened in the middle of a song but it makes me nervous about it happening on a gig sometime.

I have obtained a different unit under warranty but it has the same problems so I am wondering if this is a known issue, or a bad batch and/or if there is some sort of firmware update available.

What power supply are you using?

I have only used the power supply that came in the box on both units as I know that the power requirements are higher than that of a standard pedal.

UPDATE – it happened to me mid-song while practicing today. I thought I had lost the plot with the part until I saw it had spontaneously changed from preset 21 to preset 1.
