    Both the mic bypass and the preset switch lights light up, as well as the light that indicates which preset it’s on, so three lights in total light up, no blinking, and then everything shuts off, after which everything is unresponsive

    First make sure you are using the correct EHX power supply!

    If yes please write the techs on Monday at info@ehx.com
    They can help you out
