I recently purchased an Oceans 12 pedal and am noticing a significant boost in volume when both reverbs are engaged in parallel. I read that firmware version 1.2 addressed this and am wondering if there would be any way of updating the unit with the appropriate patch? I have tried to contact electroharmonixuk@virginmedia.com as I’m a UK customer but haven’t received a response yet.
Most likely your Oceans 12 firmware needs to be updated but we should double-check first. Upon power up you should see the REVERSE LED blink plus one or two other LEDs. For example, if you see REVERSE and MOD blinking during start up, this indicates version 1.2 is loaded on the Oceans 12.
That’s really helpful thank you. I’m currently getting the REVERSE and DYNA lights on start up, so I assume that’s an older firmware version? I’ll contact that email again. Thank you
