    Trying to use my Next Step Pan pedal (NOS, just bought it in the box). Manual says use Left in and out, but I get nothing buttons full sound that way. Now, if I use Left in and Right out, it works as an “off and on” pedal, but there’s no real gradient of volume as I work the pedal. Is it broken? Is the manual wrong? Is there a fix for this? I tried calibrating it, that was no help at all.

    HELP?!
