i think its absolutely great, but i think at war with the mystics was pretty good too so who knows if my opinion is valid.
anyways, there’s some serious krautrock grooviness happening here, they took a few crucial pages out of the book of CAN which is really exciting. this is dark dark stuff, imagine all the complexities of the soft bulletin painted black…
i think there are still some fur-box special editions available online too!
I have to say, I had written them off for a long time. I never carried much for any of their output and on a whim I listened to the EP that came out before this one. I was very pleasantly surprised how good it was. Still need to go out and buy the CD though.
