Bought a Metal Muff and one month later it no longer functions. The red light turns on, but no sound comes through when activated. I have tried multiple guitar/amp/cable combinations and have isolated it to the pedal itself.
Contacted EHX support and they requested contact information, but haven’t heard back from them in two weeks. Any tips, or has anyone else seen this issue?
