    I ordered the Electro Harmonix Magnum 44 power amp about a week ago to use with my Line 6 HD Pro and Mesa 2×12 cab. Now its suppose to be 44 watts of decently clean power as you guys advertise. But. After having to order a separate power cable since there was not one included, Having plugging it, I discovered it only works well at low volumes and once turned up past 8:00, it crackles horribly and gives bad feedback to my cab. I tried the connections, different cables, power outlets, but the only conclusion is that its the pedal. What am I missing? If I wanted low volume I would have gotten the 22 caliber but I needed something for decent stage volume to use as a monitor. What do you guys recommend? I have a gig next weekend and you guys came highly recommended by the Line 6/Fractal Axe FX Community…. I really need some help.

    The feedback sounds like its to much gain on the line 6 .
    The fart out maybe your speakers.
    If you feel the 44 is defective please return to where you bought it or contact service at info@ehx.com
