If you have a broken EHX pedal still under warranty, you can send it to EHX for repair.

Contact EHX here for warranty repair info: info@ehx.com

If your pedal is no longer under warranty, they may still be able to fix it for a fee.

Is the warranty transferable for a pedal (Holy Grail Nano) purchased on Ebay? It was originally bought on 9/16/11. I have the original sales receipt. Thanks very much.

I have a problem with “hot tubes overdrive” of you which i used to use a lot.
it appears that the inner torodial power transformer from 10v to 220v (“Taiwan torodial technology inc.”)
, outputs a low output of 60v, and the pedal gives a very low volume and strange cut sound.
I turned to a few technician here (israel), and even tried contacting “Taiwan torodial technology inc.”, and I have no info about where I can get this part.

    Hi,
I have an issue with my ehx freeze.
Red light blinks all the time. It does not respond when the switch is pressed. The power supply is the original. I have tried other power supplies and the problem persists. I’ve checked the switch and it’s fine, I’ve even tried another switch and it doesn’t seem like that’s the problem. The toggle switch that selects fast, slow and lacth modes works properly but the only way to stop the light blink is by disconnecting the power supply. There is no waranty anymore
    Thanks in advance.
