Hi all, I’m thinking about how we might best enable EHX on Facebook, does anybody have an opinion on whether it should be a “group” or a “page”?

I might try to consolidate all that into a single ‘official’ space, but I’m trying to figure out whether the goal should be a page or a group — or whether there’s much reason to have both (seems redundant to me).

February 6, 2009 at 4:22 pm #92796julianModeratorYeah I’m in a group called Electro-Bros and I sort of consider it a local thing because it was started by the guy from Mars that I know. I’m thinking of using it to do a Western PA EHX party this spring or summer.
But you can put me down in the “page” group.
And also as I said in email, a Mike Matthews profile associated with it might be cool.

fwiw, I think there is no visible profile associated with a “page” — only with a “group”

Yes, but I don’t like those group messages mixed with my personal messages and with the updates you can see a list of the old updates from a certain page…
