    I’d agree, but I do like the stereo outputs on the XO.

    Big Box with (switchable panning) stereo output would be the best tremolo ever. :)

    well, i just need a tremolo, no panning, so that would be arbitrary to me. but i can see how that would be cool.

    is the stereo pulsar the same as the big box pulsar just smaller and stereo?

    i loved the sound of my big box, can it do the same?

    yeah, it’s the same…if there is any difference in sound I can’t hear it, the only difference I can tell is the knobs don’t line up in exactly the same places for the same sound. so if you set all the knobs to exactly 9 o’clock on each version you wouldn’t have quite the same sound on both, one would need turning a little one way or the other to get the same sound….it’s probably just because they are different pots I suppose?

    I think it can actually vary with each model, since most pots aren’t very accurate (+- 5-10% error, if I remember correctly).
    And the biggest problem for me with tremolos is that lots of different companies offer very cool tremolos with unique features, so I want lotsa tremolos :) Of course, the EHX one is on the list too, and might be the first one I’ll get – the price is more than just attractive :)

    I wanted a big box version because I like big boxes, I have a XO pulsar I’ll trade you chris if yours is stock?

    I’ve never tried the Stereo Pulsar, but I’m crazy about my big box Pulsar. It is so glassy smooth and flexible.

    thats very kind of you, but i dont have one. ive been looking all over for another big box one but i cant find one! thats why im about to give up and go for the stereo pulsar. but i want another big box. it was my favorite tremolo of all time and i sold it like a dummy.

    I new you had one but I didn’t know you sold it, oh well, I’ll find one on eBay eventually. What would be even better is the small clone sized vintage unit!

    Keep your old Box!
    there`s a chance one fine day there`ll be an extension-box for externally turning it into a stereo-output/panning Pulsar… ;)

    (not neccessarily an E-H box, though…)

    just got the stereo pulsar delivered today, after playing with it for a while i’m so in love, you can do so much! subtle trems to classic EHX craziness, gotta love it! Probably already my fave effect in my board even after a small playing sesh! :D
