PFFT.

bought this off ebay. GREAT shape cosmetically, but the pad doesnt work. i emailed the seller very nicely and just said it didnt work but id like to have it repaired instead of outright returning it if possible. so he called me and i thought “oh man, what a great guy, calling me to work out our problem”. well, firstly he accused me with “obviously you just didnt like it and you want to return it” and “i dont think you know what youre talking about” then said i probably didnt even know how it works, to which i replied that i had others and knew how it worked (not like theres much to it. you turn it on, you hit the pad). he then demanded to know which ones i owned. so i listed the few i had owned, and he started rambling about how i didnt know what i was doing, to just return it, and then he hung up on me.

anyways, anyone know what might be wrong with this? i have a feeling if i try to actually return this to the dude im just going to get the runaround for weeks.
