    Hi. On the off chance that someone is still following this older thread: first, *very* cool video; second, how did you feed a mic into the Memory Man? That is, was say a preamp required, or an XLR-to-guitar-cable-plug converter used? Is there some generalized way to (mis)use EHX guitar effects with microphone inputs?

    I ran the audio from a recording in to the Stereo memory Man so there was no need for a preamp.
    Most microphones will need a preamp to bring the level up to what is needed.
    A sure SM57 with a transformer might work, I am not sure.
