    This Deluxe Big Muff is very good for guitar also.

    Its named “Deluxe”, because it sounds better than a standard Big Muff.
    The 10db switch is (of course) useless for guitar (who cares).
    I like the crossover feature (more than the Wicker in the White Muff).
    HighPassFilter works very well until 3 o` clock.
    LowPassFilter on dry signal if you blend it.
    It has a good gate – i even don`t use gates anymore…

    Buy this one, makes other versions useless.

    Most important of all, no matter what Muff you play,
    set any treble booster in front of it an let it roll.

    This is was i learnd:
    I am a fan of the Russian Muff.

    The Deluxe Bass Muff differs like the Bass Muff from
    the Green Russian Muff circuit in the low pass filter resistor.
    Original are 20kohm, the 2 Bass Muffs use 11,5kohm.

    I changed the 11,5kohm resistor to 20kohm by soldering
    a 68kohm resistor parallel.

    Now i am almost done.

    The problem is, i destroyed the original SMD resistor
    while modifying on him.
    The Deluxe Bass Muff is very warm and rich, when used with guitar.
    My modified one, with unusual value on the resistor mentioned above,
    is very agressive, but i like it a lot that way.
