Just wondering where guys are placing the cock fight. First in chain, second after compressor, or somewhere else? I know there’s no rules on pedal placement whatever works best for you, but just curious where other people are putting it. I currently have mine first in line before my compressor.
I would place the comp and od stuff in front of the CF. BUT there is no rule. Its up to what sounds good to you.
Does anyone seem to have issues with the power/punch to the pedal. Just got mine and it sounds like it’s not getting full power output. Thanks. I have mine in front of my od fight now.
It should be very punchy! What supply are you using?
Use voodoo lab pp2. I now have it 2nd after compressor.
I’m using the pp that came with the pedal. I do have a vodoo pp. should I power it from there? I will put it in line after my distortion and compressor.
Thanks.
I haven’t tried it with the exh power supply just my voodoo lab. I tried it first in line and tried it after my soulfood which is almost always on and there seemed to be a lot of volume loss after the soulfood. So I moved it in front of the soulfood but after my compressor and I seem to get the best tone out of it there in my setup.
