With my guitar plugged in and using the pedal as either an audio interface for Logic or as a hardware plugin, turning the knob does absolutely nothing. I can hear my guitar through my headphones, but whether the headphone level knob is all the way to the left or right, the volume stays constant. This is with the direct monitoring button enabled (blue), though even with it turned off the knob does not effect the headphone volume.

I have updated to the latest firmware (1.3.0) and done a factory reset, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Even without a DAW running and having the pedal simply plugged into USB for power, I can hear my guitar but not control the headphone volume.

Is this a hardware issue that needs to be fixed? Any help is appreciated!
