Hello guys, so my girlfriend bought me the Hot Wax pedal for my birthday but she bought it on April, my birthday is on may 2nd that’s when I got it. My pedal stopped working 2 days ago, one of the circuits doesn’t power on anymore. She told me she didn’t tell me when she purchased it so I registered it the day it broke because it hasn’t been 10 days to try and file for a repair, but she just told me she purchased it on April. I I was going through the warranty guide book and it says to register with 10 days after purchase. I was wondering if I’ll still be able to get it fixed. It hasn’t been a year since purchased, but it wasn’t registered within 10 days. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Any idea of what might happen? I emailed support but haven’t heard back from them. Thank you!
Before there was Muff, there was boost. The LPB-1 Linear Power Booster was originally discovered by EHX founder Mike Matthews while working with engineer Bob Myer to develop the very first Big Muff Pi pedal for Electro-Harmonix. Bob had overestimated the output of guitar pickups and built a outboard booster to boost the guitar signal going into his original circuit design. Curious about the little box hanging off of the Big Muff, Mike asked Bob show him what would happen if only the booster box was used with the guitar an amp. The resulting volume levels blew Mike away and he knew he had his first product. Over 5 decades and millions of pedals later, Electro-Harmonix is proud to introduce their lastest Linear Power Booster, the LPB-3.

Housed in EHX’s Nano-sized chassis, the LPB-3 is capable of boosting up to +33dB of clean gain with the powerful tone shaping of a 3-band EQ with parametric Mids. BOOST sets the overall output of the pedal with a MAX switch toggling between 20dB and 33dB of maximum boost. Use the PRE-GAIN knob to fine-tune the total gain and volume of the boost. The 3-Band EQ features TREBLE and BASS knobs to control the highs and lows plus a parametric Mids.
This all-around boost pedal’s additional features include switchable Buffered/True Bypass switching and internally extended 30V power rails for enhanced headroom. The EHX LPB-3 comes equipped with standard EHX 9 Volt power supply, will be available in June 2024 and features a U.S. Street Price of $129.00.

hi all
i bought this amazing pedal, but the owner did a mod on it to use 3 expressions pedals, the pedal works fine but sometimes the feedback knob stop working.
it’s possible to just unsolder the cables to get it original?thanks in advance
modded deluxe memory manHi everyone, new to this site as of just now. Started to add a few EH pedals to my collection lately and my most recent acquisition is a 1978 The Silencer line noise eliminator. It has been re-worked somewhat and components replaced and looking at the circuit I’m sure they’re not correct . I have an FET replaced where I think a small NPN signal transistor (2n340)(?) should be and various caps of incorrect value as well as input and output jacks disconnected including the power jack. Anyone point me in the direction of a schematic or a photo of the correct components? The only one I found with Google is a two OP amp version using an FET between the two 8 dip chips whereas mine uses a single 14dip LM324N. Any help much appreciated…🤞🤞🤞
Hello!
Would be cool to see EHX do a 2-in-1 modulation pedal in the style of Connan Mockasin. A Chorus into a Phaser (or the other way around). It’s such a strange and fantastic sound, giving the guitar a really psychedelic 3D feel. Maybe add a octave up option into the mix?
