    At the moment you have A or B fx pathways A or B or A & B fx.
    BUT it would be extremely useful to have A, B and ALWAYS ON.

    EG: ALWAYS ON EQ into A and/or B and back to ALWAYS ON Reverb with saturation on one side and light saturation and a boost on the other. I have a song that needs a very clean lead tone in the verses with fat saturated chorus, all with the same ‘verb.

    Of course this means one side reverb controls need to be set for that always on ‘verb.

    So, for live performance, I could just have the abyss, no other pedals (is it too much to also ask for a TUNER?) Heaven! (Seems a shame to use distortion pedals too when the Abyss has such nice saturation built in.)

    NB: the ability to parallel and stack saturation is very nice, sounds great, and simplifies by board.

    Hi Rob, My Oceans Abyss is only 2 weeks old and I’m thinking (like you) of only using this fantastic machine !
    For this reason I also will be very happy if a simple tuner would appear in a next firmware release … 😀

    I use a Peterson clip on – the sweetener mode makes my guitars sound … sweeter! But just one pedal is elegant. I am using the Abyss to replace the Plethora X5 which has a nice BIG tuner – great for stereo too!

    Do you have a JC120? I’m guessing you do cos you are JazzJo. I’m hoping to run the Abyss into the back of mine and go fully stereo however I already have a Simplifier running into 2 FoxGear pedal amps as well as to house and the Abyss is perfect for this too. Stereo rules and making each side sound different but together rules!
