    Oceans Abyss is a mighty fine pedal. But where’s the EHXPort software (for Mac) that the manual says I should use to back up my Presets…?

    I have EHXport but no editing for Abyss yet? Is there an ETA?

    Running EHXport 0.10.199 on M2 Mac: 15.7.1, with Oceans Abyss, showing FW 1.0.3 (on device and in EHXport)
    BUT
    EHXport says, “Your firmware is up to date” AND “Please update the device firmware to enable this new functionality”. Catch 22?

    Please don’t tell me I have to do a factory reset. I’d want to get my settings backed up first, via EHXport of course.

    So there is a new version of firmware (1.1.0) but EHXport thinks 1.0.3 is up-to-date? So I can’t update or transfer presets….
    In other words, EHXport 0.10.199 is not working.

    Same problem on Windows. That’s frustrating. Hoping there’s an easy and quick fix.

    It might need a little more testing I suspect. I bet it works fine in their lab.

    You should find the firmware update to 1.1.0 now works for Oceans Abyss. It had a little trouble in its first 12 hours or so.

    EHXport does not yet support preset editing for Oceans Abyss though. We are working on it and it will be added in a future update to EHXport and Oceans Abyss. For now, you have to edit presets on the unit.
