Tagged: DMM nano
Hi. Wondered if anybody could help please?
This is my first DMM (the nano version) so I don’t really have anything to compare against…
If I play a fairly staccato note so that I can hear each repeat – the repeats seem to sound progressively gated, losing the attack, and the volume decrease isn’t very smooth (like a digital delay usually is).
Is this just a feature of the DMM???
You don’t really hear this when playing chords/arpeggios as the delays and modulation do that lovely liquid/smearing thing – but I just wanted to check whether my pedal is ‘normal’?
From a technical perspective – can anybody share the functions of the mini trimpots on the circuit board – and what each of the test points should be reading on a volt meter?
Many thanks.
Shaun
The repeats are non hifi in an analog delay.
To be sure reach out to the techs at info@ehx.com
If you send them a audio clip they can tell you fast.
