    I couldn’t be more disappointed with my Holy Grail+. Supposedly a decent quality boutique pedal. Used it for one gig, the chip has failed, needs to go back to factory in NY for repair (I’m in freakin’ Australia!). Bottom line, I’m now gigging with a terrible Boss reverb pedal (all I could afford after spending $1k on pedals recently). Don’t when I’ll get my HG+ back, it’s been a couple of weeks, no word.. Never buying EHX again. Not worth it!

    Why did you not exchange it from where you bought it?

    Oh probably should have mentioned I bought it while in the US. Big mistake obviously, it failed almost as soon as I got back home to Australia.

    As a major international brand I just assumed EHX would be better equipped to help out an international artist, particuarly when it’s a fault with the gear. Also I definitely didn’t expect a total failure after only a few uses, never had that happen before.
