i’ve been a member of a few music-related forums over the years, and HCFX is the only one where i feel like i know (some of) the people and could even – like the legendary melx says – consider them as friends.

sure, some of the content is irritating but the forum moves fast enough (when it’s online) that you can just ignore the things you have no interest in.

sometimes i’d love to sign up for some other forum than this one – i sometimes miss talking about every brand i want…

but then i realize that i don’t need a pile of snobs talking about how the most expensive things are the best ones… i’m not against boutique stuff, i’m just against some of its users

one of the best equipped and most helpful guys here plays a squier jagmaster… who needs those hand made guitars… and who needs to talk about Dumbles… we are cool

yeah, i know… TGP is a big snobhole although i need to make a confession – i spent a lot of time browsing through those “show your pedalboard” topics… i’m a fun of those topics

anyway… i might check the HCFX more deeply someday
