    It’s already February and there’s still no news on the software!!!! POG 3 has probably already been buried 🧐🙄😟

    The POG 3 website has said this for a couple of weeks at least:

    “The EHXport App is almost ready! Check your email and this page for updates.”

    I think it was a huge mistake on their part to release the pedal without the software. So many people here and on reddit and other forums have said they’ve given up on waiting.

    I know all functions are accessible on the pedal, but that’s not the point. The point is all marketing still mentions the software, and all 3rd party sellers mention it, but then you buy the pedal, it’s not available and you feel cheated.

    And EHX staff is active in this forum but ignoring this topic completely since last November.

    Today is a holiday for PC owners!!! Mac owners can envy and wait for now. They promise that soon. I wonder if there will be a new update for the firmware??? I’m really waiting for the bugs with frozen MIDI commands to be fixed

    I’m unsubscribing since I sold the pedal and have no faith that ehx staff will ever follow through or even answer in this thread.
    Will definitely affect any future pedal decisions too.
    Good luck to those willing to wait.

    Does anyone tried ehxport app yet? My pog3 doesnt show in the app even when it is connected (in the device manager it seems to be connected properly). Is there any special settings for pog3 to connect properly? thanks.

    Hi @peewee18, I just downloaded the application from https://ehx.com/pog3, installed on my computer, run it and then connected POG3 to the computer with USB cable. Everything seems to work fine, I was able to update firmware from v73 to v76 with the software.

    Thank you for response. I tried different ports, cables, reinstallation of sw and drivers but still ehxpog state “no connected devices”. Maybe will try different PC.

    Same here. I can’t believe they announced the software, we buy the pedal, and months are passing by without any news. Is there any official information from electro-harmonix to their customers?

Thankfully, news has just come down the wire that we are looking at a mid to late Spring, most likely May sometime, release for the MAC EHXport app to be released.     Hi,

    The POG3 Links on the page link to two versions of the Windows App… POG3

    1. Download the EHXport App here – is an older version, than
    2. Download App | PC 64bit (which is the same as higher up on the page)

    This may have something to do with the issues seen above with the connectivity?

    How badly can a development team fuck up that a release of a relatively simple editor app slips at least half a year… it’s still not out

    It’s near the end of May. Where is the Mac OS version of the EHXport app? I would like to take advantage of the downloadable presets for the POG3.

    Here is the end of May and there is still no editor for Mac!!!!! You have been fooling people for 10 months!!! In that time you could have given birth to a human being, let alone some editor!!! Freeloaders!!!! What release dates are you going to promise people now???
