I have been a longstanding EHX user, just recently got the POG3, just as feedback, you could really improve the customer experience. First of all, its crazy that there is no direct link to download the EHXport app, and that requires mandatory registration (what would happen if I want to sell it to another user secondhand), plus the website you provide on the manual for that purpose, http://www.ehx.com/production-regististration does not exist, it leads to a 404 error, and on top of that even if I can find a way to register the thing I need to wait for someone to send the download link. In addition, as already stated by other users, the preset thing is misleading, it appears as though there are 100 loaded presets, when in fact there’s only 10. Really frustrating, made me want to take it back to the store and get something else.
I have registered for more than two months now but I still have not received a link to download the application! This is outrageous!
