All other buttons/features are blinking and responding like they should and the unit passes signal. These buttons simply don’t work, with or without the foot controller attached (via a tested and working cable).

I’ve reformatted the SD card (FAT32) as instructed on several other posts in this forum, and no dice.

Today I tried updating the firmware (5LNYxx.BIN) twice. Once with the SD card directly in the computer and the next, with the card in the unit then to the computer via usb. I followed the steps as instructed and didn’t see any blinking LEDs on the four tracks. Seems I’m up a creek and need some help! any leads?
