I’ve been playing with mine for a few weeks now, tweaking settings, googling for other shared settings, and am very interested in other’s experiences. Seem no matter what sort of settings I use, it basically sounds like an organ of one kind or another. Settings I hoped would swell in under chords. like the shimmer suggestions, and hopefully sound a bit like a string section, just sounds like an organ to me. Even attempted 12 string settings with a jangly guitar chords still pretty much sounds like an organ under the guitar.
I’m not unhappy with the pedal, it sounds good, but was hoping I could evoke sounds other than organ variations. Anybody have a similar experience, and/or, more settings to share, or a source for more?
Thank you

I’ve been messing around on mine to enhance my acoustic bass.
What I’ve discovered is that you have to be subtle.
I started by finding what was closest to my clean sound - just the dry output.

Then tried adding single octaves at a time and also removing the dry sound.

After that you can try various swells and setting for the filter on the POG2. I suggest cahining it with a good EQ especially for the lower register stuff.

I can do a passable guitar sound and various synth and organ sounds using this approach. I also had a nose at what the band Royal Blood do - the lead in that band is a single bass and he uses two POG 2 s to get guitar like sounds for solo and overdriven guitar. Well worth checking out.
