What does it take to get an RA# for an ‘in warranty’ defective stomp box pedal?

I’ve been trying for three weeks to get a Return Authorization # for
my defective Nano Memory Toy stomp box which I have already
done professional trouble shooting for. 

I’ve written three emails to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
and I’ve left a telephone message.

Are you guys just overwhelmed or is it typical
to ignore multiple requests for in warranty repair?

I love your pedals,  They are incredibly creative and
I own a bunch of them and want to continue doing business
with you guys,  but being ignored like this is trying.
