I am a devoted user of the DMM.  i own 2, and my older one (purchased in ‘04) now has only a fraction of the delay time it used to…I used to be able to get a beautiful long delay, and now the longest delay it will give me is a short slapback.

I haven’t seen anyone else with the same problem.  Can anyone diagnose this and can i fix myself?
I’m excited to have finally found this forum!
thank you

Could be a broken cap or trace that’s changed the clock frequency.  You might also check the pads/traces around where the Delay control solders to the board.
