Seriously guys, why haven’t you done this yet? I’m so tempted to selling mine because of it’s size but there’s just no other flange with that sound.

Also, a RI of the original greem electric mistress would sell like crazy!

Oh, and a VIBE!

Anyone know the mods for the DEM to fix the volume drop, tb, and led?

sorry, cant help with the mods, but i do agree with downsizing and reissue.

whats the difference between the old green and the deluxe? and what mod are you talkin about with the led?

i say get a stereo electric mistress, sell the deluxe and also buy a poly chorus.

Green Mistress=David Gilmours live wall tones and many other tunes of his. More liquidy.

an electric mistress that does the through zero flange sound (like on the jimi hendrix recordings, where the sweeps zips right over the top as the pedal goes into negative delay, i.e. the future haha)

Well I just bought a seventies DEM, they don’t have a LED maybe he means that with that mod, I’m not gonna mod it, just gonna put it in my Loop-switcher and have it on all the time, then kick it on with the loop-switchers, also helps with the volume-drop of course..

I’d be on with an XO Deluxe Electric Mistress, but I could see it being a confusing product next to the Stereo Electric Mistress in XO packaging.

I’m sure if you could find a huge supply of SAD1024 delay ICs somewhere then EHX would consider this.  Otherwise, they’d have to do it with currently available chips and it just wouldn’t be a reissue then, would it?

In other words, it’s a no-go.

Yes.  It uses the CA3094 IC, which is now out of production.

Then what SMD does the nano SS use which substitues the CA3094 IC? Its really frustrating to me that nano does not sound as good as the big box..

I have a feeling their going to discontinue the PC and DEM and come up with sometype of XO analog modulation unit.

Hope not^^ But if there comes a day that there aren’t a lot of the used IC’s or they become to expensive, I guess they have to…
