So I sent in my Deluxe Memory Man for repair and I just got it back today. Wow, not only did they repair it for me but they replaced the on/off and chorus/vibrato switch too! That was a nice touch. Also, I think EHX calibrated my DMM for me because it sounds BETTER than before! Really top notch work and service, I am INCREDIBLY impressed. This is just another reason why EHX is my favourite effects company!

That’s good to know.
I found Dunlop to be pretty good that way too, and all but one of the boutique builders I’ve ever dealt with have been fantastic.

Switch on my SMMH broke.  I sent it in under warranty, I got it back quickly and I got back to rocking.  I’m sure I could have replaced it myself, but then I would have broke the warranty.

Other stuff- when I used to email them, they got back to my emails pretty quickly and were informative.

I’ve also had good dealings with Danelectro’s customer service and Eminence’s customer service.

Had a component become loose on my Micro POG circuitboard. Sent it in, it was back in my hands less than a week later. Much faster than I anticipated. Also, I think they may have given me a whole new pedal, considering it went in with tons of scratches and paint torn off, and came back perfect.

So how do you reach their service center?  I’ve spent 15 minutes going through the website and can’t find any links for service or support.  I sent an email to the info address on the home page asking how to contact them.

Thank you!  I don’t know where that link is hiding, but it’s well hidden.  Like I said, I couldn’t find any references to support or service on the EHX home page.  I appreciate it!

it’s not linked from the EHX website, new sensor is the ‘parent’ company of ehx (and sovtek, etc)

you can email the regular EHX address too though.

contact page is here

Thanks!  Just as an aside - shouldn’t there be a support link from the web address matching the name on the unit?  I had NO idea that there was a separate parent corp.  As a guy who does a bit of web design, that seems like a rather basic omission.  Hope this exchange helped.

The respect Electro Harmonix has for it’s customers is reflected in our respect for them.
Hats off to EHX!

I sent in a pedal still under warranty repair. They were good with replying to emails when I was inquiring about what to do. However, that’s where it stopped.

Do you hear about your repair order when you send it in or get an ETA? According to my shipment tracking, they’ve had it for over a week now. No response from voicemails and emails too. I’m starting to feel like I just threw my pedal into a black hole.

Typically, no. They may send an email when it ships out, or you’ll get a notification of some kind.
