hey, guys can some fuzz-fan help me?

i’m selling my sovtek big muff because i can’t really have a pedal on my board that can get lost in a mix of one bass and drums… and i need fuzz. So i’m looking for some new crazy box

i have 2 main candidates

1)Devi Ever Aenima

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPvABd1Zfiw&feature=related
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH8EV1jCSVY&feature=channel

exactly in the price range i’m looking for (even with the shipping overseas), sounds CRUSHING

2)Electronic Orange Dalek Attack!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HM51yO2Yy6o&feature=player_embedded

a bit more expensive than the Aenima, it’s a boutique clone of Maestro Superfuzz FZ-1S made by a guy from my country… less heavy and crazy, more pronounced i’d say

So what do you think? I’m looking for a really heavy, screaming fuzz without an octave (i have a green ringer clone) that doesn’t get lost in the mix and is in the price range somewhere around 100-130$.

I’m afraid that they will get lost in the mix… both are Si fuzzes (i think)

every opinion counts! thanks, guys…

hi I’m selling lots of stuff like my bassballs small clone and my big muff for pedalboard friendly pedals

First i’m in need a fuzz or distortion, which would work better ( I play indie, heavy rock and like to experiment as well)

Next some sort of modualation pedal nano small stone maybe

they don’t have to be ehx

I have a double muff and a tu-2 tuner which will stay so hopefully I can all nano sized pedals

Thanks
Joe

This could get pretty pricey, but seems pretty stable for now. Anyone wanna guess what the final price will be? I am gonna say $450-500.

**disclaimer**

I am in no way affiliated with this auction. Just thought I would post it because it seems low now, but I just saw a Triangle go for almost $600.

So we have a thread about “Who’s your favorite band/artist?“ which is great, but what starts to happen is that everyone feels the need to name every band they like. This is a great way for us to learn about each other’s influences, but we all like Jimi, most of like Sonic Youth and alot of us like Mogwai. This thread is to talk about what’s tickling you right now, maybe specifically today, or something you can’t take out of your player for the last month. For simplicity, I say limit it to two artists, with some explanation and preferably a link to something, then we’ll talk and maybe learn about someone we haven’t heard before. Then come back and do it again when something else excites you.

I’ll start:

Elder Utah Smith: This is a preacher who apparently was the first black man to even own an electric guitar in the 40’s. His voice his HUGE like Howlin’ Wolf and his guitar playing is rollicking 15 years before Chuck Berry became Chuck Berry. “I Got Two Wings” was his signature song and he was wearing wings before the Frogs or Sufjan Stevens did the same. This is the only clip I could find on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=py1qEPQCyBM

Black Moth Super Rainbow: This band is not a guitar band but I can’t get enough of them. I’ve never scooped up a band’s whole catalog in such a short period of time. It’s like the 1970’s vision of the year 2000. Lots of good clips but here’s one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dge3b8h9Maw

Hello creative people!

Just wanted to say that Electro-Harmonix scored big-time with the expertise of Mr. Bill Rupert - this guy is not only a great proponent & programmer for EH effects, but a very tasty player with an excellent touch on the instrument. I am a veteran studio player in LA, and Bill’s demos have definitely made me want to check out all the new EH effects line.

Yo Bill, it’s Hadley here. Keep up the great work, and keep on rockin’!!!
